My name is Sam, and I’ve been in the fitness industry for 8 years. My goal as a trainer/coach is to lead with compassion and empathy first and foremost. I strive to make fitness inclusive and accessible for any and all bodies.


I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I have my degree in Exercise Science (A.A.S.) from CNM and my degree in Health Sciences (B.S.) from ASU.

I specialize in strength training, functional fitness, Olympic Weightlifting, and love doing everything in between. 

I have experience working with many different populations, including: those who are post-op, recovering from injuries, high school and collegiate athletes, service industry workers, those with disabilities and limitations due to paralysis, those with chronic illnesses like MS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, PCOS, and endometriosis. I also have worked those with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. 

I’m passionate about what I do and and do it all with intention and integrity. I would love to work with you! 

Pricing.

It is my goal as a coach to make fitness and coaching accessible, and be completely transparent when it comes to pricing. I know that there are many barriers to access for coaching and training, and one of those is often a financial barrier. This is why I offer sliding scale pricing for all of my coaching and programming.

  • $ 200/month

    This includes programming for four weeks, instructional videos, detailed workout descriptions available to you through an app called True Coach and a once weekly video check-in. You also have 24 hour (M-F) access to messaging (Through TrueCoach) for contact and questions about your program.

    Sliding Scale Spots are available.

  • $90/session

    My in-person sessions are 50 minutes long, and are held at Rain City Fit in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood of Seattle.

    Sessions include homework workouts, instructional videos, detailed workout descriptions available to you through an app called True Coach. You also have access to messaging (Through TrueCoach) for contact and questions about your workouts and sessions.

    Limited In-Person Spots available. Please ask about sliding scale prices if needed!

  • $115/month

    4 Weeks of customized programming for your specific goals. Instructional videos and detailed workout descriptions available to you through an app called True Coach, along with access to messaging for any questions about your program. Video weekly check-ins are included in my monthly programming.

    Sliding Scale pricing is available for monthly programming.

Gaining strength, connecting with your body, and moving mindfully through exercise is an empowering practice. It is not limited to a body size, shape, or identity. It is for everyone.

I strive to have a practice where you can learn about your strengths, acknowledge where there is room for growth, and work with and around your limitations. Strength is relative, and looks different for everyone and I hope to equip folks with the knowledge and confidence they need to enjoy movement.

Let’s face it, the fitness industry sucks. Fitness and diet culture have taught us for too long that our bodies aren’t good exactly as they are. I believe that your body is good, as it is, right now.

You don’t need to lose weight, build muscle, or be strong to be worthy. In my practice, I believe that no matter your fitness goals are - you deserve to celebrate your body before, during, and beyond your fitness journey. Building confidence in yourself starts with being kind and gentle to your body RIGHT NOW. Movement is beautiful, and so are you!
