Subscribe to Programming:
Please note that programming is not included with sessions. This is an additional fee that can be subscribed to through this link. This includes 4 weeks of exercise programming.
Session Scheduling
For all in-person coaching clients, please schedule below.
Please note that while I try to scheduling the same week to week, scheduling is on a first-come first-served basis.
To keep your preferred time in my schedule I recommend scheduling in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, your session will be processed without a refund.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing (samreachstrength@gmail.com), messaging through TrueCoach, or cancelling the session yourself directly through Calendly.
