Do you provide nutrition/meal plans for your clients?
I’m a trainer who is not certified and trained professionally in nutrition or dietary studies, and I do not provide specific dietary/meal plans for my clients - as it is out of my scope of practice. If need be I refer clients to those who have the credentials (nutritionists/dieticians) to provide what they need. I can provide general nutritional guidelines and advice as it pertains to exercise and strength training.
Do you coach for bodybuilding?
My practice is one that tries to stray away from detrimental nutrition and exercise habits, and I do not and will not coach those who want to compete in bodybuilding. This does not align with my values as a coach who strives to foster healthy (both mentally and physically) relationships between my clients and exercise.
What are your sliding scale rates?
For all of my services I provide sliding scale pricing to those who may need it. This number can vary based on individual situations and needs. A price point can be decided upon during your initial consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for in person sessions and weekly check ins. This helps my clients to develop both consistency for exercise and a respect for my time and work. I understand life happens, and offer a “freebie” for missing/cancelling our scheduled appointments after 24hrs.
